Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been printed. In case of cancellation before printing, the entire order amount will be refunded to the bank accounts using which the order is placed.

Please Note that the orders once printed, it cannot be cancelled, as these are personalized products and cannot be re-used.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
In case if the product is damaged in transit, we shall help you with a Reprint or Refund. For claiming such Reprint or Refund you need to inform about the damage within 24 hours of delivery along with a Proof such as image or video so that it will be easier for us to claim with the Shipping Service Provider.

PRINTING ISSUES
In case if the product is misprinted or printed in low quality, we shall help you with a Reprint or Refund. Again for claiming such Reprint or Refund you need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with a Proof such as Image or Video so that it helps us correct ourselves and make sure the mistake does not repeat again.

For products like Frames, Mugs, Albums, Camera the product has to be shipped back to us and the shipping cost will also be refunded along with the Refund of the product.
RETURN POLICY

For Damaged or Misprinted products, we shall process the reprint on priority and ship the products before the same production timeline as seen on the Product Page while placing the order.
REFUND POLICY

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and if it fits in any of the above said criteria.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-10 days after initiating the refund.
